I am a graduate of the College of Cranio-sacral Therapy in London. In 2005 I gained my Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology, going on to qualify as a Cranio-Sacral Therapist in 2008.

Craniosacral Therapist

Benefitting from cranio-sacral treatments following two major surgeries, I was inspired to become a practitioner.

Since qualifying I have treated a range of conditions. My aim is always to build a trusting relationship with the client so they feel safe and confident to explore their condition and any related issues. I always encourage them to consider what their intention is, so treatments are focussed and a sense of progression and relief can be found. Having qualified in Reiki Levels 1 and 2 in 2001, I find that this can be a powerful compliment to CST treatments.

Special Interests

As part of my CST qualification I completed a dissertation on Adoption, Separation Trauma and Craniosacral Therapy, for which I researched published neuroscience on the subject, including treating patients for whom this had been part of their life experience. Some clients had experienced separation for reasons other than adoption and with equally profound effects.
