About Sue

Craniosacral Therapist

Benefitting from cranio-sacral treatments following two major surgeries, I was determined to become a practitioner and completed my training whilst teaching full time.

In 2001 I qualified in Reiki Levels 1 and 2, and find this can be a powerful compliment to a cranio-sacral treatment.

About Sue

Special Interests

As part of my CST qualification I completed a dissertation on Adoption, Separation Trauma and Craniosacral Therapy, for which I researched published neuroscience on the subject, including treating patients for whom this had been part of their life experience. Some clients had experienced separation for reasons other than adoption and with equally profound effects.

About Sue

Supervision

My practice is supervised. This means I consult with an experienced craniosacral therapist & qualified Supervisor about the treatments I give. They will never be present in the treatment room, and the supervision is confidential, so no patient’s personal details are shared. It allows the therapist to reflect on their work and receive valuable insights on approaches to treatment. This is a common part of any cranio-sacral therapist’s practice.
